Refund & Returns policy

In order for the items to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging and unopened due to hygiene purposes.

The following are eligible for returns:

  •  If the manufacturer has delivered the wrong item.
  • If the manufacturer has made the bed wrong i.e missing items such as buttons/legs.

The following are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom made/personalised beds to customers specifications
  • Incorrect size ordered without checking measurements beforehand
  •  If the item does not fit through the house i.e stairway, hallway or in the bedroom, customer is not eligible for a return as we request customer to measure thoroughly all areas before purchasing item.
  • If a customer is unhappy with the colour of the bed or the design of the bed after delivery, returns are not applicable.
  • If a customer is no longer in need of the bed after delivery.

Please note: Should the customer change their mind about their purchase we have a 48hr cooling off period in which you can cancel your order. If you have cancelled within this timeframe we will need a written email/message confirmation stating your reason for cancellation in order for it to go through. Failure to do so will result in not cancelling the order. Once the cooling off period has passed you will not be able to cancel your order or be refunded as orders have all been put through to manufacturing.

Mattresses refund and returns policy:

In order for the mattress to be eligible for return, please make sure that:

  • The packaging and cover has not been removed/unopened. You can test out your mattress with the protection cover on before deicing if you are happy to keep the item or not. Once the packaging has been removed it will no longer be viable for a return.
  • All we ask is that you keep the original packaging and take care of it so that it can be packed up again securely when getting it ready for collection.-For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept or collect your mattress if it has been used or taken out of its original packaging.
  • If the mattress is damaged inside the original packaging and is visible without it being opened we will accept a return or exchange.
